Diagnosis favourites

Your organization's ranked short list of diagnosis codes, offered first on Schedule Ride.

Admin, then Diagnosis favourites, holds your organization's own short list of ICD-10-CM codes. Schedule Ride shows them, in your order, while the diagnosis search is empty, and ranks them first in every search. They never limit the search: every billable code stays searchable.

Adding a code

Search Add a code by code or description, at least three characters, and select Add on a result. Only billable codes can be added; a category points you to the codes under it. The list holds up to 100 codes.

Ordering and removing

Move a code up or down with the arrows, or Remove it. A removed code is still searchable on Schedule Ride, and rides already booked keep it.

When CMS retires a code in a later release, it stays on your list marked Retired, and Schedule Ride stops offering it.
