Audit log (provider)

Who did what in your provider's organization, with a CSV export.

Admin, then Audit log, lists what happened in your organization: who changed your crew, fleet, accepted payers and users, and who opened patient information on your rides. It shows your own organization's entries only.

Reading it

• Narrow it with Date range (All time, Today, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days), Actor and Event.
• Each entry shows When, the Actor (a person, or System for automatic work) and the Event.
• Show older entries loads more, newest first.

The log is append-only: an entry cannot be changed or deleted.

Exporting

Export CSV downloads the entries that match your filters. More than 10,000 matching entries are refused: narrow the date range or the filters and export again.

Opening the log and exporting it are themselves recorded in the log.
