My profile
Change your name and phone, and see whether text messages reach you.
My profile is where you keep your own details. It is open to every role. Open it from the user menu at the top right.
Walkthrough
- Open the user menu and select My profile.
- In Name and phone, change your First name, Last name or Mobile phone. Both names are required. The phone must be a 10-digit US number, or left blank.
- Select Save profile. Signing in later does not overwrite what you saved here.
- Check Text messages to see whether texts reach you.
- To change which events notify you and how, open Notification preferences.
Your Email is shown but cannot be changed here. It is the address you sign in with.
Text messages
The Text messages card shows one of three labels.
- On: text alerts go to your phone. Reply STOP to any of them to stop all texts from HealthyRides.
- No phone: HealthyRides sends you no texts. Add a mobile phone to get them.
- Opted out: you replied STOP to the HealthyRides number, so no texts go to your phone. Alerts still reach you by email, as your notification preferences say.
To turn texts back on after STOP, text START (or UNSTOP) to the HealthyRides number from the same phone. You cannot turn them back on from the app, because the carrier records your reply and only you can undo it.
What the fields mean
- Mobile phone: used for text alerts. Changing it changes where texts go.
- Email: your sign-in address. Read-only.
Common questions
I stopped getting texts.
Look at the Text messages card. If it says you opted out, text START to the HealthyRides number. If it says no phone is on file, add one. See the FAQ.
Can I change my email address?
Not here. It is the address you sign in with.
Who can change my name and phone?
You do, on this screen. Your organization's admin manages your role and access, not these details.
