My profile

Your name and mobile phone, your sign-in email, and whether HealthyRides texts you.

Everyone has a profile, whatever their role. Open My profile from the menu under your name at the top right.

Name and phone

Your name shows on the rides you act on and in the audit log.

First name and Last name are both required.
Mobile phone is optional: a 10-digit US number. HealthyRides stores it with the country code. Staff text alerts go to it.

Select Save profile. Signing in never overwrites what you save here.

Your Email is shown but cannot be changed here. It is the address you sign in with, and your administrator changes it.

The Text messages card says whether HealthyRides texts you:

On: text alerts go to your phone. Reply STOP to any of them to stop all texts from HealthyRides.
No phone: with no phone on file, HealthyRides sends you no texts. Add a mobile phone to get text alerts.
Opted out: you replied STOP, so no texts go to your phone. Your alerts still reach you by push and email, as your notification preferences say.

Text START (or UNSTOP) to the HealthyRides number, from the same phone.

This cannot be done from the app. Your mobile carrier records your STOP reply, so only you can undo it, by texting back.
