Operating hours

Set when you are open, so rides outside your hours are marked on Available rides.

The Operating hours card on Crew & admin records when you are open. A ride whose pickup falls outside your hours is marked Outside your hours on Available rides. It stays on the board and you can still bid: hours mark the board, they never decide who may bid.

An ASAP ride is never marked. A will-call return is judged once its pickup time is set.

Setting your hours

1. Choose your Time zone. It starts from your base address's state; Use zone puts it back after a change.
2. Select + Set hours. It fills Monday to Friday, 06:00 to 18:00, with the weekend closed.
3. For each day, tick Open and enter the opening and closing times, as 24-hour times.
   • A close time earlier than the open time runs past midnight into the next day: Friday 22:00 to 06:00 covers Friday night until Saturday 06:00.
   • 00:00 to 24:00 is open all day.
4. Copy Monday to Tue–Fri saves typing.
5. Select Save hours.

No hours set

With no hours set, you are treated as always open and no ride is marked. Clear all hours returns you to that, straight away.

Operating hours are not quiet hours, which each person sets for their own notifications. Credential reminders are counted in this time zone too.
