Payers, diagnoses and credentials

October 2026 (M7): insurance and diagnoses on every trip, provider credentials, tiers and Standing, and round trips.

Released October 8 to October 12, 2026.

Who pays for a ride, why it is needed, and which rides a provider wants.

  • Payer on every trip. Insurance, facility-paid or self-pay, with primary and secondary insurance and the insurance class (Medicare, Medicaid or Private). (PR 463, PR 467)
  • Providers see the payer class before they bid, on the board and in the bid form, never the plan or member ID. (PR 467, PR 480)
  • Accepted payers. A provider can rank the rides it prefers to carry first. It is a preference and hides nothing. (PR 467)
  • Diagnoses. Search the current ICD-10-CM codes, with each code's HCC flag, and edit a trip's diagnosis list after booking. (PR 463, PR 464, PR 472, PR 473)
  • Coverage on the patient record, editable and removable without booking a ride. (PR 473)
  • Your facility NPI is filled in for you from your facility's settings. (PR 473)
  • Submitted by. Each ride records who booked it. (PR 462)
  • Choose your board's columns. (PR 464)
  • Tiers and credentials. Each ride states its tier, and a provider bids only on tiers its verified credentials cover. Providers upload credential documents in the app. (PR 464, PR 471, PR 473)
  • Standing in the open. Facilities see each bidder's Standing and 90-day on-time rate, and can filter providers by tier; providers can decline a ride. (PR 463, PR 470, PR 471)
  • Round trips. A trip holds an outbound and a return ride, each with its own status, crew and carrier. (PR 476, PR 477)
  • One bid per provider per ride, even when two are sent at once. (PR 470)
