Facility rules
Each facility's geofence and pick deadline, its NPI, its time zone and its equipment options.
Admin, then Facility rules, holds the settings that belong to one facility. With two or more facilities, choose one with Facility at the top; everything below is that facility's.
Broadcast, punch and wait rules
Two rules are the facility's to set:
- Punch geofence radius, in meters: how close the crew must be to record arriving. 150 to start with; widen it, up to 1000, for a large campus. One entrance can be widened further with a pickup point.
- Default pick deadline, in minutes before pickup: 120 to start with, from 30 to 1440. With no bid picked by then, the ride goes Unassigned.
Select Save rules. Rides posted from then on use the new values; rides already posted keep theirs. Reset to platform defaults fills in 150 meters and 120 minutes, to save.
The rest are set by HealthyRides and are the same for every facility: when each tier's providers can see a ride after it is posted (Gold at once, Silver after 10 minutes, Bronze after 20), the crew-wait alert at 15 minutes, and the no-penalty release threshold at 30 minutes.
Facility NPI
The facility's 10-digit National Provider Identifier. Schedule Ride fills it in on the Payer step, where it is read-only. A number whose check digit does not match is refused. Select Save NPI.
Time zone
Set once for each facility: Eastern, Central, Mountain, Pacific, Alaska or Hawaii. Every facility starts on Eastern. Survey texts to riders go out only between 8am and 9pm in this zone. Select Save time zone.
Equipment options
The checklist schedulers tick on Schedule Ride, step 3. Type a New option and select Add option.
Retire takes an option off rides booked from now on. Rides already booked keep it, so an option is never deleted.
