Book and manage rides

September 2026 (M2): the facility dashboard, booking a transport, picking a bid and following the ride.

Released September 16 to October 1, 2026.

A facility can now run a transport from request to close.

• The dashboard. Every ride your facility booked, with its status, filters by status and by facility, summary tiles, an alert for rides that need attention, and a count of the rides that match. (PR 185, PR 204, PR 259)
• Book a transport in a five-step form that checks each step before you move on. (PR 196, PR 277)
• Compare bids and pick one. Each provider's bid is shown with its ETA, and if someone else picks first you are told rather than left guessing. (PR 197)
• Ride detail. One page per ride, offering only the actions its current status allows. (PR 190)
• See who is carrying a ride. The dashboard names the winning provider. (PR 268, PR 298)
• Cancel with a reason, without the screen promising a notification it cannot yet send. (PR 206)
• Faster filtering. Changing a filter no longer reloads the whole ride list. (PR 205)
