Finding, bidding on and running rides as a transport provider, and managing your organization.

This guide is for transport providers. You find open rides that facilities have posted, bid on the ones you want, and run the ones you win.

Who sees what

A provider organization has two kinds of sign-in users.

Dispatchers bid, decline, release rides and assign crew. A dispatcher sees two tabs: Available rides and My rides.
Provider admins do everything a dispatcher does. They also see Reports, Crew & admin and Admin, where they run the organization.

Crew members who drive and attend rides use a separate view. See the Crew guide.

Available rides: the board of open work, your Standing, and how to decline.
Bidding on a ride: the bid form and what happens after you submit.
My rides: the rides you have won, assigning crew, releasing and disputes.
Reports: how your rides went, by facility and by unit (provider admins).
Crew & admin: your roster, fleet, credentials, accepted payers and operating hours (provider admins).
Admin: users, organization details, report emails, sign-in and the audit log (provider admins).
