Organization and dispatch contact

Your provider's name, primary contact and the dispatch contact facilities and HealthyRides reach about rides.

Admin, then Organization, holds your Organization profile.

Organization name

The name facilities see on your bids and rides. Renaming changes it everywhere, at sign-in too; nobody's way of signing in changes. Another organization on HealthyRides with the same name is refused: choose one that tells you apart, such as one with your town.

Dispatch contact

Who facilities and HealthyRides reach about rides.

• Dispatch email is required. Facilities' ride questions and network notices go there, a removal from a facility's network included. While none is saved, the card warns you that these have nowhere to go.
• Dispatch phone is optional. Enter it with its area code, such as (937) 555-0100. It is saved with the country code.

Primary contact

Contact name, Contact email and Contact phone: the person HealthyRides reaches about the agreement, billing and anything wrong with the account. They do not need to be a user.
