Providers and crew

October 2026 (M3): the available rides board, bidding, My rides, the crew console and the crew roster.

Released September 30 to October 11, 2026.

The provider side of the marketplace: find work, win it, assign it, and carry it out.

  • Available rides. A board of the rides a provider can bid on, with the posting facility's name. (PR 284, PR 289)
  • Bid on a ride with your ETA. (PR 286)
  • My rides. The rides you won, with the option to release one you can no longer carry. (PR 288)
  • Assign crew to a won ride, and the crew member sees it on their console. (PR 386)
  • Open ride detail for a ride you won. (PR 474)
  • The crew console. Crew record each milestone of a ride with a confirmed tap, and the ride's status moves with them. (PR 336, PR 337)
  • The crew roster. Duty status, certification, shift notes, rides carried and on-time performance for each crew member. (PR 290, PR 339, PR 387, PR 421, PR 427)
  • Name your units, such as "Unit 42", so vehicles are easy to tell apart. (PR 420)
  • One ride reference everywhere. Every screen shows a ride's reference the same way. (PR 391)
  • The console opens on the right ride: an assigned ride, never a finished one. (PR 471)
