Punches, waits, scores and messages

October 2026 (M3.5): every ride is timed by its punches, graded, scored, discussed and watched.

What happens during a ride is now recorded, measured and shared.

Eight punches per ride, from en route to complete, each with its time and location, and checked against where the pickup is. (PR 333, PR 364, PR 370)
One measure of facility wait, from the crew's arrival at the nurses desk until the patient is ready. Providers see each facility's real wait. (PR 334, PR 375)
Patient-not-ready alerts. Ride detail shows the wait as it runs, and the 15-minute alert is sent and noted. (PR 470, PR 471)
The HealthyScore and Standing. Every completed ride is graded for on-time pickup, reliability and data quality. Each provider's score sets its Standing (Gold, Silver or Bronze), and with it how early it sees new rides. (PR 378, PR 379, PR 380, PR 463)
Dispute a grade. A provider can dispute a completed ride's grading, and the ride stays out of its score until HealthyRides rules. (PR 382, PR 383)
Post-ride surveys. Patients who agreed to texts get a short survey after the ride. Their answers feed the score, and both reports show the response rate. (PR 456, PR 457, PR 463)
Messages on every ride, between the facility and the provider. (PR 373, PR 471)
Watch a ride to get its updates and join its messages. (PR 449, PR 453)
Reliable notifications. A failed text is retried once and then sent by email, and operational notices can be moved to another channel but never switched off. (PR 447, PR 448)
Plain status words. Rides read Available, Scheduled, In Progress, Completed or Cancelled, and a ride with no carrier is marked Unassigned. (PR 365, PR 374)
Facility rules and a pick deadline. A facility admin sets each facility's rules and time zone, and a ride with no pick by its deadline is offered to every Standing. (PR 461, PR 467, PR 473)
An audit log you can search and export. (PR 472)
