Administration and reports

October 2026 (M4): user administration, the provider network, reports for both sides, and notification preferences.

The screens that make HealthyRides manageable and measurable.

  • Facility administration. Invite people, set their roles, and remove them, with a safeguard that keeps at least one administrator. (PR 315, PR 318)
  • Single sign-on and MFA status, read live from your identity provider, with a link to manage them. (PR 417)
  • Session timeout per organization. An idle session signs out after the time your organization sets. (PR 415)
  • Your provider network. Every provider that can bid on your rides, with the option to remove one, with a reason, and restore it later. A removed provider is told. (PR 326, PR 410, PR 416)
  • Facility reports, on-time performance and waits, with a tab per unit or department. (PR 330, PR 413)
  • Provider reports, your own graded ride history and performance by vehicle. (PR 331, PR 414)
  • Each side sees its own report. (PR 412)
  • Notification preferences, by event and channel, including a plain statement of what a notification never contains. (PR 328, PR 329)
