Provider self-service

October 2026 (M11): a provider admin runs their own company: dispatch contact, fleet, crew sign-in, hours, capability requests and renewals.

A provider admin can now run their company without asking HealthyRides.

  • Company profile and dispatch contact. Edit your company name and the dispatch email and phone facilities reach you on. (PR 485, PR 491)
  • Your users. List your provider admins and dispatchers, invite, suspend and reactivate them, resend or see expired invitations, and change a member's role. The last active provider admin can't be suspended or made a dispatcher. (PR 491, PR 495, PR 496)
  • Fleet. Add, edit, retire and reinstate vehicles, including bariatric-capable ones. A vehicle on an open ride can't be retired, and a retired one can't be assigned. (PR 485, PR 491, PR 492)
  • Crew records and sign-in. Add a crew member's mobile and licence number, invite them to sign in, link an existing member, or unlink one. (PR 485, PR 491, PR 492)
  • Operating hours. Set the hours you take rides in your time zone. Rides outside them are marked on the Available board, never hidden. (PR 485, PR 492)
  • Base and radius changes. Request a new base address or service radius; HealthyRides reviews it, and you see the decision. (PR 485, PR 491)
  • Credential renewals. Credentials are marked Expiring within 60 days of expiry and Expired after, and you upload the renewal in the app. (PR 485, PR 491)
  • Your own audit log, readable and exportable by a provider admin. (PR 485)
  • Report emails and a wait-by-facility report for provider admins. (PR 484, PR 497)
  • Access changes reach sign-in. A role change, suspension or removal is applied to your organization's sign-in as well, and retried until it takes. (PR 495, PR 496, PR 501)
