Reports

On-time arrival, crew wait, fulfillment and provider performance for your organization.

Reports measures how your rides went over a date range. It holds figures only. No patient is named anywhere on it.

Walkthrough

  1. Choose a range: Last 7 days, Last 30 days, Last 90 days or Last year.
  2. Read the tiles. They stay at the top whichever tab you open.
  3. Open a tab under Report sections: Overview, Provider performance, Wait by unit or Scheduled exports.
  4. To take provider figures away, open Scheduled exports and select Export provider performance.

The tiles

  • Transports posted: every ride posted in the range, whatever its status.
  • Fulfillment rate: rides awarded divided by rides posted. Cancelled rides count as posted, so a ride you gave up on was not fulfilled.
  • Time to scheduled: the median time from posting to award, leaving out rides cancelled before award.
  • On-time arrival: how often crews reached the nurses desk within 10 minutes of the arrival time the provider promised.
  • Avg crew wait at our desks: how long crews waited at your facility. You are measured on this as well.
  • Unassigned rate: rides that reached pickup time with no award, or that you cancelled with no award.
  • Cancellation rate: rides cancelled after a pick.
  • Avg bids per ride: how many providers bid on each ride, a sign of how much competition you get.
  • Survey response rate: how many post-ride surveys were answered. The target is above 30%.

A note under the tiles repeats the definitions. A ride whose pickup is still ahead is neither fulfilled nor unassigned, so the two rates need not add up to 100%.

The tabs

Overview

Rides by Tier and by Day.

Provider performance

One row per provider: Rides, On time vs promised, On time vs scheduled, Win rate, Ever won and Releases. Compare providers here before you remove one from your network.

Wait by unit

One row per unit or department: Rides, Avg crew wait and Waits over 15 min. Units are the departments your administrators keep under Admin.

Scheduled exports

Downloads the provider performance figures for the selected range as a CSV. The file holds provider names and counts only. No patient is named and no ride is identified. To have a summary emailed on a schedule, a Facility Admin turns on Report emails in Admin.

Common questions

Why is the Survey response rate a dash?

No surveys were sent in the range. Widen the range.

Why do Fulfillment and Unassigned not add up to 100%?

Rides still waiting for their pickup time are in neither figure.

Does the export contain patient details?

No. It lists providers and counts.
