Locations, pickup points and room presets

Your facilities, the entrances crews pick up from, and common floor and room values.

Admin, then Locations, lists the sites your organization books rides from. Editing them is organization-wide: it is not limited by the locations a person is assigned.

Facilities

+ Add facility asks for the Facility name, Street address, City, State and Postal code, and a Parent facility, which groups a site under another for reports. Choose None — top level for a site with no parent.

Saving a new address locates the facility again for the crew's arrival check. Rides already posted keep the address they were booked with.

Deactivating a facility

Deactivate takes a facility off Schedule Ride, with its pickup points. Rides already booked keep it, and Reactivate brings it back at any time.

  • Before you confirm, you see which members have it in their locations. They keep their other locations, and reactivating restores their access exactly.
  • A facility with active facilities under it can't be deactivated. Move them to another parent or deactivate them first.
  • A deactivated facility can't be newly assigned to anyone.

Pickup points

Pickup points on a facility's row lists its entrances and zones, such as "East entrance". On Schedule Ride, step 2, a scheduler picks one, and it fills the pickup. Typing an entrance still works.

Each point has a name and an optional Geofence radius (m): how close the crew must be to record arriving. Blank uses the facility's own radius, set on Facility rules. A point may only widen it, never narrow it, up to 1000 m. A wide campus can widen one entrance without widening the whole facility.

Removing a point changes no ride already booked: a ride keeps the pickup it was posted with. A provider sees the point's name only after it wins the ride.

Floor / room presets

Common floor and room values for the facility, such as "3W / 314". They fill Floor / room on Schedule Ride, step 2. Like any room, a provider sees it only after award.
