Facility self-service

October 2026 (M10): a facility admin runs their own organization: locations, pickup points, units, patients, report emails and profiles.

A facility admin can now run their organization without asking HealthyRides.

  • Organization profile. Edit your organization's name and primary contact. (PR 484)
  • Locations. Create, rename, re-address, re-parent, deactivate and reactivate your facilities. (PR 484)
  • Saved pickup points and room presets. Name your entrances and campus zones, each with its own address, and pick one when booking. A typed entrance is shown to the provider once a bid is picked. (PR 484, PR 497, PR 498)
  • Units and departments. List, rename and retire them, and pick a member's unit from the list. (PR 484)
  • Diagnosis favourites. Your organization's own short list of codes, shown first in the diagnosis search. (PR 484)
  • Patients. Search for a patient by name, date of birth or MRN, deactivate a record, merge a duplicate, or request deletion; HealthyRides decides each request and tells you why if it declines. (PR 484, PR 497)
  • Report emails. Schedule a weekly or monthly summary of your reports by email. It contains no patient details. (PR 484, PR 497)
  • New report figures: time to scheduled, fulfillment rate and unassigned rate. (PR 497, PR 498)
  • My profile and notification preferences, from your name in the header, for every role. (PR 484, PR 488)
  • A 15-minute idle timeout by default for facility organizations. (PR 484)
  • Location access in the member editor marks a location that has since been deactivated. (PR 498, PR 499)
