October 2026 (M5.5): new organizations are set up in the app, facilities can request a provider, and admins sign the BAA and terms.

Getting a new organization onto HealthyRides, with no manual setup steps.

• Set up in the app. HealthyRides now creates a new facility or provider organization, and its sign-in, directly in the app. (PR 483)
• Request a provider. A facility admin can ask HealthyRides to bring on a provider that is not on the platform yet, with an optional note. The facility sees the decision, and the reason if it is declined. (PR 483, PR 484)
• Sign the agreements at first sign-in. An organization's administrator signs the business associate agreement and the terms of service in the app; everyone else in the organization sees a waiting page until they do. (PR 483)
• Sign-out only when you ask. A sign-out link no longer ends your session before you click it. (PR 488)
