The Accepted payers card on Crew & admin records which payers your business prefers: Medicare, Medicaid, Private, Facility-paid and Self-pay.

Tick the ones you accept. Each tick saves straight away; there is no Save button.

Rides whose payer you accept rank first on Available rides. The rest stay visible, and you can still bid on them. This is a business preference, not a coverage check.
