Workflows
Journeys that cross roles, from booking a ride to setting up your organization.
The guides explain one screen at a time. A workflow follows one piece of work from person to person. A ride, for example, starts with a Scheduler, passes to a Dispatcher and ends with a crew member, and each of them sees a different screen.
Each workflow names who is involved, what starts it, and the steps in order. Every step says which role acts and where.
The workflows
- Booking to completion: a Scheduler books, providers bid, the Scheduler picks, a crew member runs the ride.
- Round trips and will-call: one trip with an outbound and a return ride, and how a return with no set time is handled today.
- Release and rebroadcast: a provider hands a ride back, or nobody is picked in time, and the ride goes back out.
- Disputes: either side challenges how a completed leg was graded.
- Surveys: the three-question text a rider receives after a ride, and where the answers show up.
- Set up a facility: a Facility Admin's first days, from signing the agreements to inviting staff.
- Onboard your fleet and crew: a Provider Admin gets credentials, vehicles, crew and hours in place.
