Provider administration

What a provider administrator sets up, on the Admin screen and on Crew & admin.

A Provider administrator runs the provider's account from two screens. A Provider dispatcher sees neither: they bid, assign crew and run rides.

Admin

Admin (also Provider admin settings in the menu under your name) opens Provider administration, with five tabs:

• Users & access: who signs in, and as which role.
• Organization: your name, primary contact and dispatch contact.
• Report emails: a weekly or monthly summary of your Reports.
• Authentication: idle sign-out and single sign-on.
• Audit log: who did what in your organization.

Crew & admin

Crew & admin holds your crew roster and what HealthyRides knows about your company:

• Organization & credentials, with your credential documents and their renewals.
• Fleet: your vehicles.
• Crew and crew sign-in: the roster, and giving a crew member the crew app.
• Base and service radius: asking for a change.
• Accepted payers: which rides rank first.
• Operating hours: when you are open.
