Providers
See the transport providers in your network, remove or restore one, and ask HealthyRides to bring a new one on.
Providers is your network: every provider that can see and bid on your rides, except the ones you have removed. For each one you see its Standing, how reliably it arrives and how long its crews wait at your facility.
Walkthrough
- Read the tiles at the top: Providers in network, Gold tier, Credential issues, Median on-time and Avg bids per ride.
- Filter the list by Tier, Credentials, Activity here and Network. Each option shows its count. Type in Search provider, base, capability… to search.
- Check the note under the filters, such as "5 of 8 providers match".
- Select Details on a row to open the provider's details: Last 90 days figures, capabilities, credentials, contact and history.
- To remove a provider, select Remove on its row, pick a Reason and confirm with Remove. To remove several, tick their rows and select Remove selected.
- To bring a removed provider back, select Restore on its row, or Restore to network in its details.
Request a provider
If a provider you work with is not on HealthyRides, a Facility Admin can ask HealthyRides to bring it on.
- Select Request a provider.
- Enter the Provider name and Contact email. Add a Note (optional) that helps HealthyRides reach them, such as the dispatcher you work with.
- Select Send request.
- Follow it in Your provider requests: Provider, Contact email, Requested, Status and Decision. A request is Waiting, Approved or Rejected. A rejected request shows the reason.
Nothing is created until HealthyRides approves the request. An approved provider joins the shared network for every facility, not only yours.
What the fields and statuses mean
- Tier / score: the provider's Standing (Gold, Silver or Bronze) and its HealthyScore. Gold providers see new rides first.
- On time: how often its crews reached the nurses desk by the arrival time it promised.
- Bids / wins: how many of your rides it bid on and won.
- Avg wait here: how long its crews wait at your facility.
- Credentials: Current, Expiring soon or Needs review.
- Network: In network or Removed.
- Removal reasons: Quality of service, Reliability, No longer contracted or Other.
Common questions
What happens to rides when I remove a provider?
Removal stops new rides from reaching that provider. Rides it already carries are not affected. The provider is told it was removed, not why.
Why can't I see Request a provider?
Only Facility Admins can send requests.
How do I know why a request was rejected?
The reason appears in the Decision column.
