Fleet

Add, edit, retire and reinstate your vehicles.

The Fleet card on Crew & admin lists your vehicles, with a count such as "6 active · 2 bariatric-capable · 1 retired".

Adding or editing a vehicle

Select Add vehicle, or Edit on a row, and fill in:

• Type: Ambulance, Stretcher van, Wheelchair van or Sedan.
• Unit label, used once across your fleet.
• Make, Model, Year (four digits) and Plate.
• Capacity (seats): 1 to 20.
• Bariatric-capable.

Then Add vehicle or Save vehicle.

Your fleet is a record of what you run, not a capability: adding, editing or retiring a vehicle never changes the tiers you offer or which rides you see.

Retiring and reinstating

Retire takes a vehicle out of your fleet count, after you confirm, and it can no longer be given a leg. Show retired lists retired vehicles, and Reinstate brings one back.

A vehicle on an open ride can't be retired. Retire it after that ride is completed or cancelled, or once the leg is moved to another unit.
