HealthyRides

Users & access (provider)

Invite provider administrators and dispatchers, change their role, and suspend or reactivate them.

Admin, then Users & access, lists who signs in for your provider: Provider admins, who also hold Crew & admin, and Dispatchers, who bid and run rides. Crew members are kept on the crew roster, not here.

The count at the top reads like "3 active · 1 invited · 1 expired · 0 suspended". Each person carries a chip: Active, Invited, Expired or Suspended. An invitation shows its email address until the person signs in.

Inviting someone

  1. Select + Invite user.
  2. Enter their Work email.
  3. Choose the Role: Dispatcher (the default) or Provider admin.
  4. Select Send invite.

An address that is already a user here is refused. An invitation that expires shows Expired. Resend invite sends it again, and it reads Invited once more.

Invitations sent outside HealthyRides are not listed.

Changing a role

Change role switches a member between Dispatcher and Provider admin, after you confirm. Any other role they hold is kept.

  • A dispatcher made a provider admin also gets Crew & admin, Admin and Reports.
  • A provider admin made a dispatcher keeps bidding and running rides, and loses Crew & admin, Admin and Reports.

The change applies on their next click.

Suspending and reactivating

Suspend ends the person's access straight away: their sessions end on their next click, on every device. Signing in again does not lift it. Reactivate restores it.

There is no Remove on the provider side: suspending is how access ends, and the person's history is kept.

The last provider admin

The last active provider admin can't be suspended or made a dispatcher. Make another member a provider admin first, so there is always someone who can grant access.
