Organization & credentials

What HealthyRides knows about your company, and uploading and renewing your credential documents.

On Crew & admin, the Organization & credentials card shows your Service radius, Tiers offered, Fleet, Insurance, EMS license and HealthyScore tier. These are read-only here: the radius changes through a change request, the fleet count from your Fleet, and the rest from your verified documents.

Credential documents

Upload each document here. A HealthyRides admin verifies it before a tier that needs it is active.

1. Choose the Document: a PDF, PNG or JPEG, up to 10 MB. Never upload a file that names a patient.
2. Enter the Expires on date, or leave it blank for a document that does not lapse.
3. Select Upload document.

Each document carries a chip: Uploaded, Under review, Verified, Expiring, Expired or Not on file.

Renewals

• A verified document is marked Expiring 60 days before it lapses. Your provider admins are emailed 30 days and 7 days before, and on the day.
• Upload the new copy with Upload renewal. While HealthyRides reviews it, the verified copy stays in force.
• Once a document has Expired, the tiers that need it are paused until a renewal is verified.

Offering another tier

Under Operating authority for another tier, select Add a tier, choose the tier and upload its operating authority. A tier is added this way, never through a change request.
