HealthyRides

Available rides

The board of open work posted by facilities, your Standing, and how to bid or decline.

Available rides is where you start. It lists open work that facilities have posted and that matches what you can run. Place a bid and the ride leaves the board. Decline one and it is hidden from your board only.

Walkthrough

  1. Open Available rides. The tiles at the top summarize your board, and the Your standing tile shows your band.
  2. Read the list. Each ride shows its facility, tier, route, when it was requested and who pays.
  3. Choose Bid on a ride you want. The bid form opens below the board.
  4. Choose Decline on a ride you do not want. It moves to the Declined tab.
  5. To change your mind, open Declined and choose Undo decline. The ride returns to Available if it is still open.

What the tiles mean

  • Open to you now: rides you can bid on this minute.
  • Your open bids: bids waiting on a facility's pick.
  • Tier windows pending: rides that a lower Standing cannot see yet.
  • Declined: rides you hid from your board.
  • Your standing: Gold, Silver or Bronze, with your HealthyScore and how soon you see new rides.

Standing and access windows

Your Standing comes from your HealthyScore. It decides how early you see a newly posted scheduled ride.

  • Gold sees it immediately.
  • Silver sees it 10 minutes later.
  • Bronze sees it 20 minutes later.

A ride still inside your window is not on your board yet. A ride shows a note such as "Silver in 8 min" when a lower Standing will gain access soon. ASAP rides go to every Standing at once. A new provider starts with a provisional score.

Which rides reach you

Only rides that fit what you run appear. The tier must be one your credentials make active, and the pickup must be inside your service radius from your base. The facility does not choose who sees a ride.

Payers and ranking

Each ride shows its payer as Medicare, Medicaid, Private, Facility-paid or Self-pay. You never see the plan or member ID. A ride with no payer says Payer not stated.

Your provider admin can set Accepted payers in Crew & admin. Rides in those payers rank first and carry In your payers. Others stay visible below them.

The checkbox Hide rides outside my payers removes the others from the list. It is off by default and lasts for your current visit. It is a preference, not a coverage check.

Columns

Choose Columns to pick what the table shows: Facility, Tier, Route, Requested, Payer and Facility wait. The ride reference and the Bid and Decline buttons always stay. Your choice is saved to your account, so it follows you to another device, and it applies to both tabs. Reset to defaults brings them all back.

What the fields mean

  • Tier: the vehicle level the ride needs. The second line shows the ALS or BLS sub-type and bariatric when the patient needs it. Bariatric is shown, not a filter.
  • Requested: when the facility posted it. A second line shows when the next Standing gains access.
  • Outside your hours: the pickup falls outside your operating hours. The ride stays on the board and you can still bid. ASAP rides are never marked.
  • Facility wait: the facility's average crew wait over the last 30 days.

Common questions

Why can I not see a ride a colleague mentioned?

It may be inside your access window, outside your service radius, or need a tier that is not active for you. Declined rides are on the Declined tab.

What does Outside your hours do?

It marks the ride only. You can still bid. Your provider admin sets hours on the Operating hours card.

Why does Your open bids read 0?

The count of waiting bids is not filled in on this board yet. Bids you placed are not listed here, because a ride leaves the board once it holds your bid.
